We also provide a discount on all of our family therapy services to parents and caregivers who are childcare or healthcare professionals. Professional Consultations
We provide consultations for childcare and healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, child therapists, speech therapists, social workers, teachers, and daycare or congregate care workers and administrators. These professionals can work together with our Director or with one of our industry-leading child behavior consultants to co-develop a child behavior management plan for a specific family or a specific work setting, whether that be an office, school, or community setting.
For psychotherapists, a series of consultations can be scheduledto learn evidence-based child behavior management strategies and how to integrate them into another modality such as child group therapy, play therapy, art therapy, or individual therapy with parents or caregivers.

Business Building Services
Business coaching and Business Support Groups are offered by our director, DC Hamilton, JD, LMFT, for current and aspiring therapists, social workers, and parent coaches seeking to start or expand a private practice in therapy, coaching, or wellness. Attendees learn the steps of starting a private practice and strategies for growing a business that can support a satisfying life for one’s self and one’s family with enough to give back to the community.

“Building a Longer Table” 6-Month Business Support Group Series
“Building a Longer Table” is a 6-month Business Support Group Series that combines 6 monthly business support groups plus monthly Q&A Drop-in Groups and monthly one-on-one business coaching.
Unique to this group is an emphasis on socially conscious leadership that is built on the premise thatfinancial and relational generosity with staff and the community is the best means of building a thriving and profitable business where everyone wins. This is based on the proverb, “If you have more food than you can eat, build a longer table.”
Attendees will also become a part of a genuine and authentic community of business owners who are dedicated to each other’s mutual aid and gentle accountability in developing socially conscious leadership to grow this sense of community within their own business model, with their staff and in their communities.

Pricing, Payment & Discounts
Each Business Support Group is 2 hours and allows time for community building, questions, and personalized support. Attendees can choose which groups to attend and pay $175 per group and/or schedule one-on-one business coaching sessions as needed for $350 per session. Discounts and scholarships are described below.

Professionals looking for a more affordable option can join our6-month Business Support Groups Series called “Building a Longer Table,” where they will receive a discountedrate for the following:
Additional monthly Drop-in Groups for Q&A and community building (1 hour each)
Monthly one-on-one business coaching sessions (1 hour each)
This series provides 6 months of business building support for $3,600. That is the equivalent of 4 hours per month for $600 per month or $150/hour. Additional discounts are available with the 4 payment options below.
Pay in 3 installments of $1,200 before the first, third, and fifth Business Support Group.
A 15% discount is available for those paying in full up front at $3,000, the equivalent of $125/hour. Prorated refunds available.
A 25% discount is available for providers of PCIT, PC-CARE, or any therapeutic service primarily provided to families with children in foster care or who live in low income, rural areas ($2,700 total or the equivalent of $112/hour). Prorated refunds available.
One scholarship is available with each series at $100 per month.

Free Business Support Workshop
If our business building services sounds like what you’re looking for, but you’d still like to learn more, you can register for the FREE Business Support Workshopwhere you can meet the director, hear a 90 minute summary of the entire six month syllabus as well as receive information on how to DIY each step and identify where in your business building journey you’d like more support.
The workshop is 90 minutes with an additional 30 minute of Q&A time, is free of charge, and there is no limit on attendance. Registrants are asked to consider a donation Mending Hearts Family Counseling Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides free evidenced-based, parent coaching services to families with children in foster care and who live in rural and low income areas.
