At Hamilton Family Counseling we specialize in teaching parents educational therapy strategies they can use to help their children improve attention span, impulse control, frustration tolerance, peer relationships, memory, organization, and even motivation and confidence using the Parent-Child Care Parenting Protocol (PC-Care), developed at UC Davis Children's Hospital. For families with children ages 4-12.

Whether you suspect your child has ADHD, autism, anxiety, or social emotional delay common among gifted children, this group will provide strategies to help turn academic and related behavioral challenges into triumphs.

We also offer a weekly online group, called the Academic Support Group, for parents to learn the strategies through lecture format with example videos from the comfort of their homes with other like minded parents. Child participation is not required.
